You will receive:
- 16-20 week contest preparation
- individualized development, monitoring and progression of a nutrition plan to take your physique to the next level
- individualized development, monitoring, progression of a training program that will get you ready for the stage
- Monitoring of weight, appetite, energy levels, bodily functions, supplements etc.
- Help with posing, choreography and overall stage presence
- Connections to order competition supplies (posing suit, dyes etc)
Your Cost:
o $400/contest prep
o Payment in lump sum or
o 4 equal payments of post dated cheques of $100 each payable the first of every month
